Her dedication to ensuring a safe and happy environment makes her a valued member of our family team, particularly when leading songs and dances or assisting with meal times.
Madalynn

Madalynn is Krystal's other Daughter. She is also a friendly and supportive presence at Petals and Pathways. She assists with outdoor activities, helping with setup and cleanup, reading to the children and enjoys interacting with all the kids.
Bailey

Bailey is one of Krystals daughters. She brings a natural warmth and caring spirit to Petals and Pathways. She is deeply passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment for the children and enjoys leading story time, helping with arts and crafts.
Saphfire
Our Sweet Border Collie
Saphfire isn't just our pet; she's a cherished member of our daycare family! Gentle and well-trained, she shares a beautiful bond with the children, greeting families and bringing joy to our day. She is absolutely adored by all! She participates in activities and offers comfort, bringing extra love to Petals and Pathways.

Mrs. Krystal
My name is Krystal Wagner, and for the past 15 years, I’ve been running my own in-home family childcare—a job I truly love. I’ve been happily married for 22 years and am a proud mom of four amazing children who are now grown and often help out with the daycare. Caring for children has always been my dream and my passion. I believe kids are the heart of the future and bring energy, honesty, and inspiration to the world around them. Being around children keeps me young at heart—they remind me to laugh, stay curious, and appreciate the little things. I do daycare not just to provide care, but to help shape confident, kind, and joyful little humans. It’s not just what I do—it’s who I am.
